Job Description

We are looking for a IT Support L1 to provide enterprise-level assistance to our customers. You will diagnose and troubleshoot basic software and hardware problems and escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams.


:

  • Identify and diagnose technical issues, and provide step-by-step guidance or solutions to resolve problems
  • Troubleshoots and resolves general system hardware, software, and network failures and conflicts
  • Walk customers through installing our product and computer peripherals.
  • Identify trends in customer issues and provide feedback to the appropriate teams to help improve products or services
  • Performs routine technological systems support, maintenance, and testing for proper upkeep of systems


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years’ work experience related to the job specification with proven track record
  • Proven experience in a technical support role, preferably in a software or technology-driven environment
  • Knowing about payment process and understand System Development Life Cycle
  • Passion to engage in solving customer issues and helping them succeed
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and documentation skills.
  • Willing to be placed at end user (onsite)
  • Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to remain calm and patient while resolving customer issues.
