Job Description
  • Inputting incoming goods data into the ERP system according to the packing list data so that the goods can be processed by MR (Material Receive);
  • Calculating the quantity of goods, adjusting to the stock card and changing data / updating the stock card every day;
  • Recording work results in Worksheets and reporting to superiors
  • Carry out the Physical Inventory process if there is a shortage of goods in the original box either found in the MR process or reporting from other departments (Inventory or Inspection), accompanied by photographic evidence;
  • Carrying out other tasks assigned by the supervisor (including projects in the form of projects) for the benefit of the company.
  • Inputting Internal Use into the ERP system and printing documents according to requests from Internal or other departments for promotional purposes, samples and others based on the Inventory Transaction System form
  • Receive inventory forms that will be used for internal use and physical inventory, check their completeness, and cut stock items in the ERP system;
  • Checking the quantity and data of goods 100% of the arrival of goods from suppliers together with PIC containers;
