Company Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Manager to join our client, a remote-first leading technology company focused on developing a live-audio football platform.

Position Overview:

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the success of our products throughout their lifecycle. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to define and execute product strategies. Your strong leadership skills, combined with your expertise in product management, will play a vital role in shaping our product roadmap and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps, aligning them with company goals and market trends.

2. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs, market opportunities, and areas for differentiation.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

4. Prioritize and manage product backlogs, ensuring efficient resource allocation and timely delivery of product milestones.

5. Work closely with the engineering team to provide clear guidance, resolve issues, and drive product development.

6. Define and track key product metrics to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.

7. Conduct user testing, gather feedback, and iterate on product features and designs.

8. Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and pricing strategies.

9. Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners regarding product-related matters.

10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration) or equivalent practical experience.

2. Fluency in English (you will be working with a globally-distributed team).

3. 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in a remote or distributed team environment.

4. Proven track record of successfully delivering software products from conception to launch.

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with remote teams.

7. Solid understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in an agile development environment.

8. Familiarity with product management tools, such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
