It Product Manager Jobs

Requirements

• Willingness to learn and adapt to different technologies
• Experience in leading and managing a team

• Experience in end-to-end interface design in software/web technologies
• Minimum 2 years experience as a Product Manager / Product Owner in digital financial services (fintech)
• Experience in building and implementing design systems
• Ability to anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management and balance the business needs and technical constraints
• String aesthetic, conceptual, and design communication skills
• Have experience in the payment industry
• Ability to effectively communicate problems and solutions to the different team members
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related fields

• Manage the entire product life cycle from ideation to planning, execution and launch
• Collaborate with CX / UX team to develop information / interaction architecture user flows, wireframes, and visual design
• Ensure management is always informed of the progress
• Drive the product roadmap and execute the delivery timelines for the work required to provide remarkable experiences for our customer
• Foster an environment that enables the team to execute quickly while maintaining a high standard of quality
• Collaborate with key stakeholders from business technology, UX, risk, marketing, legal and compliance to elicit requirements
