Product & Business Development Specialist

Us, Madael Consult and our client in computerized/network devices Manufacture industry, are looking for a talent with details below:

• Provide and find answers to customers' questions on technical aspects of the products and solutions.
• Provide technical advice/recommendations, technical presentations, and demonstrations for customers.
• Employment Type: Contract (Outsourcing)
• Conduct product testing for competitor analysis.
• Attend meetings with potential customers to determine technical and business requirement.
• Provide technical training for customers.
• Provide post-sales technical support for customer if needed.
• Coordinates closely with sales team to develop sales opportunities.

Job Requirements

• Proficient in conversational English.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
• Adept at coordinating with sales teams, understanding their requirements, and aligning technical solutions accordingly.
• Familiar in handling and selling electronics/computerized devices/hardware parts, such as WiFi router, CCTV, gadgets, printers, and etc.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to empathize with customer needs and assist in technical support accordingly.
• Have experience as hardware salesman at least 1 year of experience.
• Able to find new customers (B2C).
• Possess an in-depth comprehension and extensive knowledge of the products.
• Min. education in Diploma degree (vocational degree open to apply).
• Have knowledge of Mandarin language is additional point.
