Job Description

Requirements


  • Demonstrated ability in business-to-business (B2B) sales
  • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
  • Energetic and positive communicator who can articulate, adapt, and structure their communication well
  • Problem-solving skills that can deal with issues concerning conflicts or other problems.
  • HighinGRIT with the ability to work in fast-paced, uncertain, collaborative, and transparent working environments and drive activities independently and proactively
  • An active listener who has strong empathy and influence to build strong rapport with internal and external stakeholders
  • Have a huge appetite for learning and a great sense of curiosity
  • Prior experience specific to the HR or management industry is preferred


Responsibilities


  1. Develop brand recognition to establish unique selling points for our company and business growth strategies.
  2. Conduct research to get useful information from customer and competitor data as the basis of proposing new business ideas to improve revenue.
  3. Track, identify and add qualified prospects to sales pipeline
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  5. Promote our company services according to customers’ needs
  6. Help our company to establish diversified services based on our unique selling points
  7. Willing to work in Cibubur (Hybrid)
