We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our dynamic Business Development team in the fast-growing ingredients industry. As a Business Development, you will play a crucial role in identifying and closing new opportunities. Your technical knowledge and consultative selling approach will contribute to the success of our business by generating revenue from both new and existing customer accounts in the B2B environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Skillfully navigate complex negotiations with senior executives, showcasing your expertise and professionalism.
• Exceed sales goals by proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Evaluate and enhance the performance of existing food ingredients, contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
• Engage in successful lead generation, building long-term relationships with customers and delivering sales growth.
• Collaborate with our team to develop and optimize food ingredient formulations, ensuring product excellence.

Requirements:

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fresh graduates or individuals with up to 2 years of working experience in the food, health, pharmaceutical, personal care/cosmetic industry are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, or a related field
