What you will do :
- Looking for potential property leads for acquisition, conducting cold calls to offer mamikos products to owners also canvassing and conducting sales visits in order to achieve sales and room acquired target
- Maintaining strong relations with owners so that the cooperation is smooth and profitable
- Dividing tasks in teams, ensuring the team completes the tasks according to the timeline and targets
- Conducting sales negotiation with kost owner in order to have a cooperation agreement
- Distributing potential property leads for the team to acquire, also analyzing and monitoring sales team achievement actualization
- Analyzing and preparing sales report according to standards.
Qualifications :
- Tech Savvy and willing to travel a lot
- Good communication, negotiation, presentation, interpersonal, and sales skills
- Passionate in sales, account management, and target oriented
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Management
- At least 1 years of working experience (hospitality or startup background is a plus)
