ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Review available products and its accessories, and give suggestion to leaders for improvement possibility
2. Plan production improvement, modification to get an effective production process
3. Plan to make effective materials and acceptable by market for usage.
4. Plan to improveproducts and its accessories together with R&D Dept.Head, to ensure products and its accessories competitive in the market
5. Make and assembly design for product prototyping and accessories that required to sell
6. Together with R&D dept. Head conduct thorough testing to machines before convey to mass production.
7. Ensure all process that had designed to analyze and product improvement conduct as compliance
