Job Description

Head Of F&B Product Improvement


Description:

  • Help In Supporting Company And HRD By Hiring And Developing R&D Team
  • Responsible For R&D To Support Business Goals And Document All Phases Of R&D
  • In Charge Of Developing Research Program To Improve Existing Products
  • Responsible To Oversee Complex Research Projects, Analyse And Provide Some Recommendations Based On Findings
  • Maintain Product Testing Procedures For Raw Material, In Process And Finished Products Assessment


Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Technology, Chemistry or related field
  • Strong knowledge in data science
  • Proven ability to work in a laboratory and to make technical scientific advances
  • At least 7 years of experience in the same position
  • Excellent English communication skill is a MUST
