We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Commerce Specialist to join our team at Tentang Anak! As a Commerce Specialist, you will be responsible for managing Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) on the Instagram and TikTok platforms to achieve the objective of promoting and selling Shopee and TikTok (affiliates). Moreover, as a forward-thinking professional, you are driven to continuously learn and adapt, particularly in the realm of TikTok, a rapidly growing platform.

• Communicate effectively with KOLs to align objectives and ensure successful collaborations.
• Utilize your experience and skills in managing content commerce to analyze KOL content and provide insightful briefs.
• Manage and maintain relationships with KOLs on the IG TikTok platform to promote Shopee and TikTok (affiliate).
• Exhibit a strong desire to learn and develop expertise in the development of TikTok channels, including managing live shopping, video shopping, and TikTok affiliates.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging practices related to social commerce and KOL management to create impactful brand experiences.
• Utilize your expertise in storytelling to craft compelling narratives and enhance brand storytelling initiatives.
• Actively participate in exploring and implementing innovative strategies to maximize the potential of TikTok's rapidly growing platform.
• Passionately contribute to the growth of the TikTok platform, staying updated on trends and exploring innovative strategies.
• Implement engaging KOL campaigns by coordinating and aligning with KOLs on their requirements, timelines, and deliverables.

Requirements

• Passion and interest in video content creation and storytelling
• Proven experience in managing KOLs on social media platforms, particularly Instagram and TikTok
• Familiarity with the Shopee and TikTok platforms is highly desirable
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning and acquiring new skills
• Proficiency in administrative tasks related to KOL management
• Excellent analytical thinking skills with the ability to interpret data and generate meaningful reports
• Solid understanding of content commerce and the ability to provide analysis and briefs on KOL content
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to evolving social media trends and technologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with KOLs and internal stakeholders
