Cash & Digital Product Development

Responsibilities

• Execute strategy to achieve target and monitoring the progress accordingly
• Manage day-to-day activities with objective to align working procedure.
• To achieve team‘s KPI which mainly cover product development and operation improvement as defined in each Fiscal Year (FY)
• Responsible to monitor all of process and activities related to deliverable items to customers with no delay
• Support clients for Cash & Digital Products related transactions and to achieve zero complaint
• Establish smooth communication internally and across Department for any related product topics with sharing any information and to obtain consensus from related department
• Support Transaction Banking (TB) Sales Team in setting up or customize Cash & Digital products in order to meet customer's expectation and contribute profit to the bank.
• To ensure compliance and governance of new products framework, from Assessment to product delivery
• Support TB Sales team for product enhancement in order to giving solution to customers
• Responsible for Cash & Digital Product development and enhancement
• Perform governance in a team covering business and internal activities
• Achieve individual KPI and evaluate individual achievement regularly and support to achieve Dept KPI for each FY
• Ensuring all of products and projects are well-organized and complete as planned with proper test, monitoring and evaluation

Qualifications

• Good knowledge with IT update
• Familiar with projects timeline and completion
• Good analytical thinking and high creativity
• Minimum Bachelor degree
• Minimum risk certification level 1
• Minimum 3 years in Banking, preferably in Transaction Banking or Information Technology
