👑 Job Role

• Involve in a product development project
• Generate and distribute product knowledge insight
• Engage internal and external end-users to gather insight that informs product decisions
• Innovating new products product regarding the formula, packaging, and other aspects that are going to be involved in the product
• Conduct both internal and external user interviews
• Create a new product concept through in-depth research into the market trends.
• In charge to take all the responsibility for the whole product innovation process

⛩️ Requirements

• Able to join ASAP and willing to do WFO policy
• Able to conduct research on current market trends
• Fluent in English, both oral and written
• Minimum 1 year experience in beauty product development
• Has a broad knowledge of skincare or makeup ingredients and/or is a beauty enthusiast
• Great communication skills in order to have a good relationship with internal and external users
• Capable of synthesizing data from various feedback sources in order to inform decisions in prioritizing and designing product features
• Keen attention to detail
• Excellent leadership skills with experience leading product managers and cross-functional teams
• Candidates must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in any major
• Create, manage, track, and execute project plans in a timely manner
