National Beauty Advisor Manager

Requirements:

• Strong leadership, smart work, and persistent
• Have good planning and analytical skill
• Minimum 3 years of experience in handling sales operations for Modern Trade (MT) and General Trade (GT) channel.
• Have proven experience and best practice in handling frontliners, sales operational team (SPG & MD), and coordination with agency
• Used to work with agency

Responsibilities:

• Planning: Create Scarlett's frontliner development program/plan to organize Beauty Advisor Team, also set productivity for both Beauty Advisor Team and its agency
• Recommendation: Give best recommendation to the stakeholders in term of beauty advisor productivity, channel type, marketing content, etc., which deliver the optimum result in effective and efficient way to support sales and deliver company objective
• Action: To execute Scarlett's frontliner development program/plan with excellent execution term, and optimize budget to achieve company objective following SOP and program brief
• Monitoring: Close monitoring all activities with sales and third parties to make it excellent and prevent issues in some critical points that could happen during daily operation, and support sales objective
• Evaluation: Create report analysis to review all the beauty advisor productivity and agency performance related to KPI, also understanding consumer profile and behavior on Scarlett's product
