Position : National Sales Manager

Reporting to : Director

Location : Cikarang

Employment Status : Permanent (3 Months Probation)

Duties And Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain a price sheet for Company standard product.
• Developing and implementing effective sales strategies
• Make joint calls with Sales Managers, Sales engineers in order to maintain good customer relations.
• Establish and maintain relationship with key industry organization and to attend and represent Company at such meetings necessary for the benefit of Company.
• Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs
• Other responsibility as required by the management.
• Developing and implementing effective sales strategies
• Leading nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets
• Leading nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
• Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
• Provide forecast and other reports to management to keep Company abreast of market and industry conditions.
• Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts

Preferred Background

• Bachelor degree Technical - Mechanical
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication and team management skills
• Availability to travel as needed
• Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
• Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills
• Experience managing a high performance sales team
• Proven work experience as a National sales manager
• An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics
