One of Glints' Client ( Car Rental Companies ) looking for National Sales Manager with Responsibilities and Qualifications Below :
Responsibilities
1. Increase rental sales growth (corporate, retail or individual tenders)
2. Manage corporate and individual clients to achieve sales growth.
3. Proficient in formulating strategies and developing business to increase the company's revenue in both tender and retail, as well as having extensive
networking to increase potential customers.
4. Strategize in developing brand awareness to the public, such as advertisements, new car fleet editions, or holiday special offers, for personal and retail use, etc.
5. Strategize in developing brand and marketing communications
6. Handle customer complaints & resolve issues that are beyond the reach of line level employees to increase customer satisfaction levels.
7. Manage, train and motivate team members to achieve sales targets.
8. Develop and implement SOPs in the Sales and Marketing Division, both at Head Office and Branch Offices throughout Indonesia.
9. Analyze market segmentation, create sales and marketing strategies for business development and sales as well as building a strong brand.
10. Analyze training needs and provide training both hard skills and soft skills for Sales and Marketing division
Qualifications
1. Minimum 5 years experience as Sales & Marketing Manager in a transportation company with a national scale.
2. Understanding of digital marketing communication or public relation preferred, active in social media activities
3. Able to develop and implement SOP in Sales and Marketing Division, both in Head Office and Branch Offices across Indonesia.
4. Possess a wide networking connection with many industrial segment and understand e-procurement procedure and tender.
5. Able to analyse market segmentation, create sales and marketing strategy for business and sales development and build a robust brand image.
6. Possess product knowledge on various types and vehicle models.
7. Able to analyse training needs and provide training for both hard skills and soft skills for Sales and Marketing division.
8. Possess management capability, interpersonal relationship, communication skill, problem solver, negotiator, and a good customer service.
9. Proficient in English
