At least 3 years of working experiences as Supervisor, Manager Operational in retail, banking, hospitality and healthcare

Understand future staffing requirements and create, execute and support clinical staff recruitment and retention strategies

Overseeing clinic operations and staff duties

Managing the clinic's budget, billing system, and inventory

Developing procedures to deliver optimal patient care

Execute clinical administrative policies and initiate action to enhance patient care programs

Job Requirement (Knowledge & Skill):

At least 8 years experience in a related field, with 3 years as a brand manager in beauty backgrounds

Have a background in retail sales, inventory management, marketing, and brand management

Inventory management: stock holding, excess & obsolescence

Manage, control, and implement optimum merchandising in accordance with brand guidelines

Explore, prospect, and manage consumer data, encouraging engagement programs to maintain long-run goals

Minimum of five years’ experience in Brand Manager, preferably coming from retail/beauty/personal care industries

Good understanding in Beauty/Cosmetics knowledge and current market trends

About This Brand Manager (Retail Beauty) Role

Build strategic marketing plan and oversee operations to accelerate the business growth through various channels

Evaluate the impact and trend of marketing initiatives in order to achieve the company goals

Establish and nurture relationships both internally and externally to strengthen the brand's presence and sales opportunities

Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading and developing teams

Build and manage a high-performing local team relevant to various businesses under the group.

Own the country’s P&L and manage the budget accordingly.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively negotiate and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and use data to inform decision making.

Experience in e-commerce and beauty/fashion industries is a plus.

Strong leadership and management skills

Bachelor's degree in management, business, supply chain, administration, marketing, or a related field

Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the beauty clinic industry

Monitor and supervise clinic managers to ensure they are meeting their targets

Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Manage the recruitment, onboarding, and retention of clinic staff

Minimum 3 years of experience in handling sales operations for Modern Trade (MT) and General Trade (GT) channel.

Have proven experience and best practice in handling frontliners, sales operational team (SPG & MD), and coordination with agency

Have good planning and analytical skill

Strong leadership, smart work, and persistent

Used to work with agency

4) Mampu menggunakan Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)

5) Memahami metode marketing di Social Media
