• This position is responsible for leading Mobile and Internet Banking solutions for Line of Business Consumers, to achieve stability and achieve good service levels, and be able to handle the amount of capacity required by the business.
• Responsible in managing the relationship with the business counterpart
• Responsible in managing the stability mobile and internet banking system, to ensure IT provide the level of agreed SLA
• This position is also responsible for planning staffing needs (staff, funding, technology) to carry out and complete my initiatives in line with the IT strategic plan
• Manage production management team and project delivery team
• Responsible to program manage overall initiatives according to the company strategy and delivery according to the agreed time, scope and budget

Job Requiements

• Experience in financial services project
• Strong in business engagement, people and managerial skill
• Have experience inmanaging Mobile and Internet Banking system or Mobile and Internet Banking related project implementation
• Has good understanding inmanaging production system and the importance of keeping the system available to the customer
• Strong driver person
• 15+ years in Banking channels area,
• Passionate in building the team and deliver quality work
