It Business Enablement Intern

Role Objectives :

Has responsibility for overseeing the ongoing IT project's process, preparing various types of project documentations, and maintaining relationships among project members.

What You Will Do :

• Conduct research and analysis to support the identification of IT solutions.
• Work as the PMO in tracking daily work progress among all departments; report to the supervisor on project status.
• Draft memos and reports, take meeting notes, maintain files, organize documents related Project documentation, and perform other clerical duties as needed.
• Intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, developers, and project managers, to ensure the successful delivery of IT solutions.

What You Need to Have :

• Willing to work as a team.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Willing to do an internship hybrid and available for internship for 3 months (minimum)
• Undergraduate students majoring in Information systems / Information Technology are preferred.
• Have a strong desire to learn new things.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa.
• Familiar with IT project documentation.
