Operations Manager - Indonesia

About The Role
McConnell Dowell is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to manage Indonesia's business and project operations. We are looking for the ideal candidate capable of leading the operations of all projects and working with the leadership team in SEA.
Key responsibilities of the role include;

• Establish and maintain customer relationships at the project and leadership level
• Build and manage a prospect pipeline that underpins the business plan and regional growth aspirations
• Assist project teams with commercial and financial project management to ensure delivery within budget and KPI’s
• Build Company profile in the region and understand current and emerging trends
• Serve as the principal point for project delivery in the region and effectively manage all external stakeholders in this regard
• As part of the Management Team, you will participate in setting and communicating business strategy for Indonesia
• Accountable for financial, safety, quality, customer relationship and all other performance outcomes for allocated projects
• Mentoring and retaining key talent across the business

About You
To be considered for this role, you will have;

• Capable of analysing technical and financial information and reports with the purpose of taking definitive action.
• Tertiary qualifications in relevant engineering discipline (Civil/Construction/Mechanical)
• Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders (employees, customers, regulators, suppliers, subcontractors)
• Ability to manage multiple projects and succeed in high pressure environment
• Significant engineering and project management experience within region and/or other locations in an engineering and construction environment.
• Results driven with strong and visible leadership
• Clear and definitive communication – oral and written.
