Business Operations Senior Executive Jobs

Minimum bachelor’s degree from a reputable university with at least 1 year of experience.

Strong communication skills (written and verbal). Able to communicate with internal and external stakeholders.

Ensure that the developed SOP for a scalable and reliable system is implemented across different teams.

Troubleshoot any issues/problems that may arise with our integration system. This involves finding root causes and implementing solutions.

You’ll also be responsible for the smooth operations of the business unit. This includes ensuring timely delivery of any operational tasks.

Create workflows and conduct continuous improvements on products that require operational support.

-Experience with conducting analysis, robust quantitative and qualitative reasoning skills, and strong logic and critical thinking abilities

-Experience in using SQL or other analytical tools, experience in using data and metrics to drive improvements

-Excellent communication skills, fluent in English

-Experience with after-sales domain, customer care domain, or trade flow.

-Gather insight by checking feedback, analyzing the NPS report, conducting user interviews, etc.

-Monitor the data by following up on the dashboard building, conducting AB testing, and monitoring the performance.

Good knowledge of operations management

Experience with databases and project management software

Bachelor degree in Business, management or supply chainfrom reputable university

2+ years experience in a business operation

Collaborating with relevant parties to conduct a project

Establish new business relationships with vendors

Maintain an up-to-date operation process and instructions as well as a product knowledge base for stakeholders.

Extensive work experience in product support or software technical support or having experience/project/technical proficiency is preferable.

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to present concepts/ideas to different types of audiences.

Self-motivated, strong interpersonal skills focus on rapport-building, information gathering, and listening skills.

Proven analytical & problem-solving skills, with good attention to detail, high curiosity, and structured-thinking processes.

Provide technical operations support for internal and external stakeholders of Traveloka Accommodation products and systems.

Ensuring operational excellence across key domains including data management, local contracts and letters, local administration

You will be remotely supporting our Singapore operations but based in our Jakarta office

Experience managing Singapore operations is ideal but not mandatory
