Job Description

🌏 Location: Remote (Indonesia) | Full-time


About the Role

As an Enterprise Sales Executive at MarinaChain, your main focus will be securing and growing our footprint with the most strategic, high-profile customers and prospects in the maritime sector. You will adeptly identify and address the challenges these organizations face as they strive to achieve maritime decarbonisation at scale, and offer tailored MarinaChain solutions that alleviate these issues.


What You’ll Do:

  • Deeply understand and relate to the business needs and operations of the customer
  • Execute and refine an efficient sales process, targeting small and medium shipowners
  • Negotiate favorable pricing and business terms by selling the value and ROI of our offerings
  • Demonstrate resourcefulness in overcoming challenges and in devising solutions
  • Pioneer, develop, and manage relationship maps for Indonesia, inclusive of existing associations and potential contacts
  • Manage expectations of existing customers while expanding reach into Indonesia


Who You Are:

  • A proven sales professional with 2+ years of closing experience within the maritime industry
  • Have met/exceeded annual direct sales goals of US$150k+ with an average deal size of US$10k+
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Proven track record of independently prospecting and building a sales pipeline
  • Proficient in conducting business with small and medium businesses and winning new accounts


Compensation: We offer a rewarding 50:50 split between the base pay and variable compensation, offering you the opportunity to significantly boost your earnings when you meet your quota.
