We are looking for a talented and competitive junior Sales Development Representative (SDR), who excels in a fast paced environment. If you are someone who is passionate about the products you are selling and you get a kick out of closing a sale, then this is the role for you!


About the role


Based in Indonesia, the SDR will make outbound emails and calls to potential clients who have expressed interest in learning more about TrafficGuard or appear to be strong potential customers based upon our general market focus. This role is a full-time, remote opportunity.


The SDR qualifies prospective customers through targeted questions about their digital advertising strategy then leveraging this information to align and sell TrafficGuard’s product offerings.


Sales Development Representatives will receive hands-on training with an emphasis on strategic selling and a focus on researching targeted accounts. This opportunity is a great way for individuals to gain in depth experience in a rapidly growing SaaS company.


We are looking for candidates who will bring a minimum of 1 years experience in a similar role, but who are junior, hungry, energetic and are looking for an opportunity to actively contribute to the growth of our business.


What You’ll Be Doing


  • Contacting new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound emails and calls


  • Work to understand customer needs and requirements, and act on those with the TrafficGuard’s services proposition


  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate Sales Directors for further development and closure


  • Drive new sales and achieve weekly, monthly and quarterly quotas


  • Research accounts, identify key prospects and generate interest in TrafficGuard


  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory


  • Be aware of competitors, rivals and other options that customers may deploy instead of TrafficGuard


What we are looking for


  • Only candidates based in Indonesia will be considered


  • Junior candidates with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, with outbound sales experience


  • Innovative, commercially focused and collaborative approach


  • Understanding of digital advertising channels and technology


  • Track record of over-achieving quota with a winning mentality


  • Professional phone presence and fluent English-speaking skills


  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools


  • Experience working with Hubspot or similar CRM


  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills


  • Active listening and engaging presentation skills


  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively
