We're looking for a motivated and talented Remote Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our rapidly growing team at Deel. As an Outbound SDR, you'll play a crucial role in building our sales pipeline and generating new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
  • Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly targets for qualified meetings and pipeline generation
  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, including email, phone, and social media outreach
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation strategies
  • Identify and qualify prospective clients by understanding their needs and challenges
  • Participate in regular sales training and professional development opportunities
  • Schedule product demonstrations for qualified prospects with Account Executives
Requirements:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and remote team environment
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and eager to learn
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and self source solutions
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred:
  • Ambitious GRADUATES are also welcome
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets in a quota-carrying role
  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales development or similar outbound commercial role, preferably in a SaaS or HR tech environment
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales engagement tools is a plus
  • Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
