Job Description
As an SDR at Flagright, you will figure out sales acquisition channels, breaking into new accounts, and fostering relationships with multiple contacts within our target customer segments. You will be responsible for understanding the best strategies to generate traction, conducting market research to identify new potential customers and leads, and qualifying these leads by learning about their approach to AML compliance & fraud.
This is a remote position, so you will need to be self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.   • Generate demand via various outbound channels and book qualified demos into the sales pipeline.
  • Cultivate multifaceted relationships to firmly establish Flagright's position as a trusted advisor.
  • Implement measures to nurture emerging leads into qualified opportunities and successful customer acquisitions.
  • Work closely with the CEO in closing your deals.
  • Aggressively pursue potential opportunities to meet your quota in APAC.
  • Assess the requirements of potential customers and effectively communicate the advantages of Flagright solutions.
🙌 Your profile
  • Displays resilience, and a persistent outbound approach to drive engagement and maintain a positive demeanor.
  • 1+ years of experience in a fast-growth sales team, ideally at an early stage startup.
  • Exhibits the ability to work independently while maintaining a strong sense of connection and accountability.
  • Capable of remote work with access to the necessary resources for task completion.
  • Holds a Bachelor's degree in a related field or possesses relevant work experience.
  • Demonstrates comfort and proficiency in cold calling and email outreach without hurting the domain or company reputation.
  • Showcases excellent interpersonal skills crucial for effective relationship building.

  • In-depth understanding of the APAC market or segment and the ability to identify untapped opportunities.
  • Proficiency in analyzing performance metrics and generating insightful reports.
  • Proven success in developing and executing customer acquisition strategies.
  • Prior experience in remote work, showcasing the capacity to work autonomously and collaboratively.
  • Demonstrated ability to convert leads into tangible business opportunities and successful customer partnerships.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to drive deal closures and achieve business targets.
  • Experience in fostering long-term client relationships and positioning the company as a trusted advisor.
