Job Description
About The Team
We're searching for a skilled SMB Manager to join our team in Indonesia. As the ideal candidate, you'll possess the strategic prowess to motivate and unite your team, serving as a role model for achieving our collective goals. You'll lead the charge in coaching and guiding your team toward success. You will work closely with both local and regional teams, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our company's expansion efforts in Indonesia. You will be reporting to an SMB Manager based in Singapore, you'll be an essential part of our company's growth trajectory in the region.
About The Role
  • Conduct high-level conversations with C-Level and VP-Level Executives to address business needs
  • Lead a team of account executives to effectively qualify leads and identify prospect needs, engaging technical resources as required
  • Meet or exceed sales and product objectives outlined for SMB acquisition team
  • Keep informed of product line, competition and industry trends that may impact client business activities
  • Work strategically with management to deliver forecasts, identify trending opportunities/challenges, and provide recommended solutions
  • Utilize solution-selling techniques to effectively guide sales process to close
  • Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement while creating satisfied customers
  • Create client demos/ presentations, quotes/ proposals, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
  • Drive team growth through effective and strategic hiring by working cross-functionally with the recruitment team, as well as working to educate and promote direct reports.
About You
  • Direct SaaS/ Cloud selling experience SaaS video or web conferencing solutions selling experience preferred
  • Must be detail-oriented, organized, ethical, responsible, & self-motivated
  • Salesforce CRM experience preferred
  • A proven track record of closed sales, client satisfaction, & teamwork
  • Over 10 years of Account Executive experience within a SaaS company and at least 3 years of Management experience within a SaaS/Ucaas company and managing a team and overseeing quota attainment for your team
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Strong collaboration and relational skills
  • Business forecasting, pipeline development, and management skills are required
