Job Description
As the Head of Sales Acceleration, you are responsible in leading the ideation, development, pilot lead and expansion of product availability to accelerate the winning in the market.


What We Ask


  • Min. Bachelor Degree in business management or STEM fields, Master Degree or MBA is a plus.
  • Deep understanding in multi distributors sales operations.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed business target.
  • Proven end to end project management capability to drive complex and ambigous projects.
  • Strong drive to make things happen and can influence in multicultural setting.
  • At least 12 years of working experiences in FMCG business, with 5 years exposure in multi sales function role.
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, with proven ability to identify root cause and potential remedies for corrective or preventive actions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to lead discussions on problem identifications and recommendation evaluations.

Vacancy Description


Business Strategic & Leadership:


  • Develop, design, pilot lead and implementation of sales project, especially to grow distribution to capture market growth opportunity and to bring FFI to win even more.
  • Able to manage and influence senior leadership and director level using high business acumen skills to plan, execute, and optimize company’s strategic plan
  • Create business plan that includes a description of the product or service, how to finance the business, deadlines for the business and the overall goal.
  • Develop a comprehensive RTM strategy for existing and new product category that aligns with FFI Business Strategy and overall business objectives. This includes analyzing trends, market monitoring, and identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Sales and Distribution Network Design: Design an optimal sales and distribution network that ensures the right products are available at the right place and time.
  • Identify market opportunity, internal FFI and external partner organization, build a culture to win in the market & creates specific program, lead the execution and own national roll out to win distribution across channel and FFI brand.
  • Understanding the business and managing initiatives from company’s long-term strategic plan including monitoring, enabling/executing, optimizing execution
  • Channel Selection and Management: Identify the most suitable distribution channels for the company's products, considering factors such as geography, customer segments, product characteristics, and competitive landscape


Project & Program Management:


  • Compiling and presenting all information from long-term plan and making recommendations for improvement.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at one time and being able to communicate well with all stakeholders (business functions / business units).
  • Presenting to the directors and other shareholders, and ensuring that the strategic business plans are successfully executed.
  • Improve quality and productivity by streamlining systems and processes.
  • Create Strategic Plan presentation materials to (senior) stakeholders, considering latest developments and internal progress, opportunities, and success.
