Head Of Actuarial Reserving (Pt Zurich Asuransi Indonesia Tbk)

Job Summary

Leads a team to deliver routine actuarial tasks and recommendations requiring minimal direct supervision, and to perform more complex actuarial analyses under the supervision of more senior actuaries, in relation to reserving, reporting, and quantitative analysis risk management.

Job Qualifications

Required:

• Experience in General Insurance Industry
• Having 5 - 8 or more years of experience in related field
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Actuary/Mathematics/Statistics, Other, Sciences
• Having Actuarial Certification

Job Accountabilities - Key Accountabilities

• Provide direction and technical expertise on actuarial models and risk issues.
• Coordinate, prepare and perform actuarial analyses including loss and premium projections, consultation on actuarial models, or capital modeling.
• Ensure that the claims provisioning processes for assigned Business Unit(s) are appropriately governed in accordance with Group, Regional, and Local regulatory policies.
• Support Finance, market-facing business units, Claims, Risk, Capital Management, and other functions on reserving and strategic business decisions.
• Lead reserving activities, portfolio profitability management, reinsurance analyses, or the support of market-facing business units in complex environments and lines of business.
