In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing the business development strategy for Indonesia. You will identify and qualify new customers, develop and negotiate proposals, and close deals. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have...

• Strong relationship and stakeholder management especially managing relationship with Banks and FI
• Minimum 8 years of Sales or Business Development experience from B2B solutions. Sales experience in Banking, FinTech, HR Tech will be highly advantage in this role.
• Strong demonstrated experience / track record growing user number by the thousands; strong track record of onboarding large corporates or other platform partnerships.
