Job Description
About The Role
As a Head of Sales, you will be responsible for architecting a sales strategy and building out a team of Business Development and Partnership across enterprises and SMEs. To succeed in this role, the person should be excited by selling into new markets, strategizing next steps, negotiating complex deals, and beating the competition in head-to-head opportunities.
Responsibilities Of The Role
  • Effectively communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Understand industry-specific trends and landscapes.
  • Create and communicate sales goals and ensure C-level executives are informed on the progress of those goals.
  • Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs.
  • Report on forces that shift strategic directions of accounts and tactical budgets.
Requirements
  • Able to communicate and present idea to our multinational team.
  • Proven experience in sales of minimum 5+ years in tech or startup company (POS/PPOB would be a plus).
  • Experience in reporting results, insights and sales data via various dashboards.
  • Proficient in English communication verbally and in written.
  • Experience in setting KPIs, milestones, methodologies and strategy for the sales team.
  • Experience with CRM tools and other Sales SaaS.
  • Previous experience in evaluating team performance.
  • Creative mind and want to go extra miles to bring significant growth.
  • Experience with all Buyers/Reseller/Agents, especially with micro, small to medium-sized enterprises, (MSMEs).
