: WebEngage is looking for a passionate sales leader who will help build and scale our business in the SEA markets.

Location: Jakarta

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, engineering & customer success teams leadership to identify opportunities and diagnose pain-points.
• Leverage existing networks and build relationships with target accounts of various sizes (startups, mid-market and enterprises).
• Build strategy, set up processes & teams in Jakarta.
• Help train and manage a team of Sales Managers/Account Executives in handling outbound and inbound sales engagements.
• Work closely with the marketing and sales leadership team to build a sales pipeline and take ownership of the P&L for the SEA region.

Requirements

• Worked in start-ups/emerging organizations and understand how to build and grow a successful business.
• Strong aptitude towards KPI tracking and data driven decision making.
• Proficiency in Bahasa and English.
• Knowledge of Salesforce and/or Hubspot is a bonus.
• Built & managed high performing sales teams.
• 10+ years experience in B2B software solutions (USD 100K+ ARR) or services based industries in SEA markets.
• Business leader with P&L experience with a growth mindset.
• MBA or Master’s Degree with a technical or business focus is preferred.
