2+ years field sales experience required with both Account Management and Development

Strong focus on customer + stakeholder relationships and time management skills

To align your sales efforts with Customer Care Location (CCL) Managers, Pricing + Sea Logistics Business Development teams, including pricing decisions.

To regularly review customer portfolios with the CCL Managers + team.

2+ years' experience in freight forwarding / sea logistics / transportation industry required

Summarize customer requirements to develop solutions

Working knowledge of digital marketing, marketing automation, SAAS implementation, campaign management

Strong working knowledge of CRM/CDP management systems

A client-facing, consultative approach to business with the main goal of benefitting both parties

Planning and forecasting resource requirements based on future demands

Knowledge on which flavor of Agile to use and when to use it

Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders, running meetings/conference calls and smaller workshops with Mid-Market or Enterprise Client

Education / Certifications: bachelor's degree in BA or relevant majors

Supply market analysis experience preferred

Travel requirements: less than 20%

5 years and above QA/QC work experience in fabric quality management, experience with fabric mill is preferred.

Lead and supervise QA team, run an effective QA operation to ensure quality standards and compliance requirements are upheld.

Diploma and above qualification in any discipline, background in textile is an advantage.
