About Our Client
Our client is a leading AgriTech company that looking for Director of Sales that can help to transform company's product to lead the successful deployment and scale-up of the company's commercial activities in Indonesia.

• Contribute to refining and perfecting the product by clearly communicating customer feedback to Leadership and Product teams.
• Develop excellent relationships with Enterprise customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Own growth of the business and P&L, driving execution to boost user acquisition, engagement and retention, and always seeking new avenues to grow.
• Deliver world-class field operations to build trust and engagement with users at all levels of the supply chain, optimizing for efficiency and impact.
• Remove blockers, solve problems, and find a path forward through ambiguity.
• Lead the successful deployment and scale-up of the company's commercial activities in Indonesia; help develop a clear sales strategy, prepare presentation materials, lead direct meetings with potential customers, and own the sales process from pre-sales to post-sales.

The Successful Applicant

• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
• Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
• Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Strong listening, negotiation, organizational and presentation skills
• Minimum 8 years working experience in relevant industry.
• Entrepreneurial self-starter with owner's mentality
• Bachelor degree from reputable university
