Must-Have Requirement:

The Associate Sales Director will be reporting to the Sales Director and will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and expanding our market presence in the region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in enterprise software
sales, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the Indonesian market.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for Indonesia, targeting key industries and organizations to drive revenue growth and market expansion in Jakarta.
2. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects, leveraging various sales techniques such as prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
3. Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations, understanding their unique business needs and positioning
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including pre-sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure a seamless customer experience and support the achievement of sales targets.
5. Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team, setting clear expectations and providing ongoing feedback, guidance, and support.
6. Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
7. Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, market insights, and business development opportunities to senior leadership.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; a Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
2. A minimum of 6+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, with a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
3. In-depth knowledge of the HRMS/HCM software landscape and familiarity with the unique business needs and challenges of organizations in the Indonesian market.
4. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence a diverse range of stakeholders.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and adapt to changing market conditions.
6. A self-motivated, results-driven mindset, with a commitment to continuous learning and development.
