About Our Client
We are currently partnering with one of the world's leading luxury hospitality brand who is looking for a competent Director of Operation to help expand their business in Indonesia.

• Recruiting, training, scheduling, supervising, and evaluating department staff, including hiring new team members when needed.
• Coordinating with vendors for various supplies and services, such as linens, food, beverages, and equipment repairs.
• Supervising departmental budgets to ensure expenditures align with industry standards and remain reasonable.
• Monitoring occupancy rates to optimise revenue by renting rooms at the most profitable times.
• Managing the hotel's financial operations, encompassing accounting and payroll responsibilities.
• Collaborating with management to design employee training programs, ensuring staff meets company standards.
• Conducting weekly facility inspections and staff interviews to ensure compliance with hotel standards.
• Overseeing all hotel operations, encompassing front desk, housekeeping, room service, food and beverage services, concierge services, reservations, and bellhop services.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field (Higher qualifications are also welcome).
• Highly attentive to detail, ensuring exceptional service and seamless operations.
• A collaborative team player with a strong focus on achieving shared goals.
• Exceptional communication skills, enabling clear and effective interactions with team members and guests alike.
• Proven track record in revenue management, showcasing adeptness in budgeting, P&L management, and forecasting.
• Proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is essential to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
• Extensive experience of at least 5 years in senior management positions (General Manager or equivalent) within the hotel industry.
