• Oversee partnerships with 3rd party vendors / service providers
• Leading and engaging a team that is majority local with long service
• Consistently delivering brand standards at all guest touch points
• Develop a positive rapport with all stakeholders based on a principle of trust and excellent communication
• Experience in working in a large complex operation
• Experience in the position with a proven record
• A large operation in a very complex and competitive market.
• Experience in working with a union
• Settle into the position and understand the complexities of the position and the hotel while building a rapport with the team and being perceived as a senior leader and mentor
