Work you’ll do

• Represent Deloitte in External and Internal eminences, including but not limited to industry forum, seminar, etc.
• Responsible to lead and manage large scale transformational projects as well as solving complex problems
• Example of large transformational projects you will be involved in:
• Initiate, develop and maintain deep client relationship
• Finance function operationalization and control
• Finance transformation and finance automation
• Responsible in development and enhancement of talent skills, capacity as well as knowledge
• Finance visioning and design
• Initiate and develop solutioning to address complex CFO and finance professionals’ challenges

Requirements

• Demonstrated strong organizational, project management, and time management skills
• Has 15+ years of experience in finance and consulting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to successfully manage client and team interactions, and communicate with technical and non-technical audiences
• Eagerness to mentor and coach team member
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
• Involved in large scale transformational projects as overall project lead or stream lead or team lead

Preferred candidates

• Bachelor's or Advanced degree in accounting, business, finance or other business-related field; computer science, information systems, or other technology-related field
• Previous experience in advisory and consulting practice
• Certified in CPA / CA / CFA / FRM and/or Certified IT/technology area (i.e.: SAP, Oracle, BlackLine, or Workiva)
