Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.


Responsibilities

  • Create reports on problems identified, actions taken, and workarounds implemented.
  • Determine and manage problem escalation to a higher level if necessary, be it to higher management, external service providers, or related vendors.
  • Process Improvement: Provide input and suggestions to improve problem and incident management processes. Contribute to the development and best implementation practices in problem domain management.
  • Ensuring relevant information is available to team members and end users.
  • Proactive Repair: Analyze problem trends and seek opportunities to improve system reliability and quality and prevent future problems from occurring.
  • Support end users in dealing with common issues and provide guidance on mitigating errors that may cause problems.
  • Collaborate between team members, including technical, development, and infrastructure support.
  • Investigate, analyze, and understand the root causes of problems. Perform assistance and evaluate the impact of the problem on the business.


Qualifications

  • Having ITIL 4 Foundation certification and IT Problem Management Training is preferred.
  • Knowledge of payment industry regulations especially on licensing and approval process in OJK & Bank of Indonesia is a plus
  • Have good analytical skills to analyze problems systematically and make the right decisions based on available information.
  • Have 1 year or less work experience in problem management or computing and programming. Freshgraduates are welcome
  • Able to work responsively, effectively and have good communication skills to interact with internal and external teams.
  • Able to work in shifts and or long working hours.
  • Have analytical skills and presentation skills to report problems and proposed solutions.
  • Prior experience in building and integrating API with SNAP API standard is a plus
  • Mastering programming languages, Linux scripting.
  • Bachelor degree in Informatics Engineering, Informatics Management, Informatics Systems or equivalent.
  • Good interpersonal skills to communicate with other team members and departments.
  • Good management skills, including the ability to set priorities, identify risks, organize tasks, manage time, and control progress.
