About The Roles


Our client is a multinational company looking to hire a spirited director of operations to take our organization's operations to the next level.


The Operations Director will analyze data and metrics to evaluate staff performance, lead and encourage employees to maximize performance, and ensure a strong talent pipeline. They will also be required to collaborate with human resources to create and implement succession plans for key management and supervisors and advance cohesion between various internal departments.


To be successful in this role, the candidate must ensure the quality of business operations and customer service, inspire staff to give their all, and expand the company's footprint and strengthen its reputation.


Ideal candidates are ambitious and performance-oriented with exceptional people skills.


Responsibilities:


  • Leading and motivating staff to improve customer service with clients.
  • Executing strategies to optimize company and asset growth.
  • Collaborating with leadership to build an environment of collective responsibility and accountability.
  • Ensuring expertise and effectiveness across operating platforms.
  • Playing a leading role in compiling company budget and growth strategy.
  • Cultivating lasting relationships with customers to grow customer loyalty.
  • Designing and implementing strategic plans to reach sales targets.

Requirements:


  • Experience in a relevant industry such as ready-mix concrete, pre-cast concrete, cement, aggregates or concrete admixtures would have an advantage over other candidates
  • Proven ability to manage budgets in a similar role.
  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business Administration
  • Strong ethical leadership abilities.
  • Outstanding organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong people skills.
  • Min. 5 years of experience in managing a companies sales, finances, operations, or strategies.
  • Proficient operational and financial acumen.
