What You'll Do

As an Expert at BCG, you are integrated into a BCG team and leverage deep expertise on projects that reshape businesses. You will be given end-to-end responsibility for large and complex "modules" within a BCG project, may lead small but high-impact teams to drive results for our clients, and contribute to BCG’s intellectual capital. You will work closely with clients to understand their issues, create strategies for change, and win buy-in for recommendations, while also collaborating with colleagues on complex client issues.

You will:

• Be a visible part of BCG’s Climate and Sustainability Seat at the Table agenda through activities such as thought leadership and networking events
• Contribute to BCG's Climate and Sustainability strategy
• Join the South East Asian Climate & Sustainability team, to support our regional Financial Institution clients in the implementation of their ESG initiatives and Net Zero strategies
• Build, manage and maintain senior client relationships in the Financial Institution sector
• Identify, win and support delivery of sustainability related projects/programs with Financial Institution clients
• Build connections to regional and global experts
• Lead the research and publication effort on new breakthrough sustainability topics for Financial Institution sector

What You'll Bring (Experience & Qualifications)

We’re looking for exceptional talent from consulting or industry to join us. You would typically:

• Experience leading and managing teams, providing thought leadership
• Strong people skills including building empathy, strong relationships, and trust
• Fluency in English is a must
• Proven ability to build and maintain senior executive relationships, influencing senior executives' agendas and supporting critical strategic decisions
• Fluency in any ASEAN language is a plus
• Possess deep understanding of net zero strategy implementation and operationalization in financial institutions, ESG frameworks, and climate risk policies.
• Ability to thrive in a hypothesis-based environment where inductive rather than deductive reasoning is the norm
• Relevant tertiary qualifications from a top tier institution(s); Master's degree, MBA or PhD preferred
