Job Description

We are seeking to recruit an experienced professional having previously worked in the finance sector, with extensive experience handling OJK related matters in Indonesia.


Key Deliverables

  • Recruiting and training new staff.
  • Handling all liaision matters with the OJK on behalf of the company
  • Working closely with HQ in establishing annual targets and ensuring the delivery of KPIs.
  • Provide guidance to the team on established industry best practice - always ensuring that legal and regulatory requirements are followed.


Essential Requirements

  • Possess AFPI/AFTECH license.
  • Start-up or scale-up experience.
  • Fluent and clear spoken English.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience working as a manager/leader for a financial institute in Indonesia with extensive OJK knowledge.
