What You Will Do:

• Create and maintain operational/financial measurement models and reports as required by Senior Management
• Assist in financial reporting including preparation of certain entries and related support, and review of reconciliations prepared by shared services
• Monitor & control operational expenses and collaborate with respective stakeholders to evaluate the effectiveness.
• Review consolidated income statement/balance sheet accounts and factsheet provided to upper management and investor relations used in the preparation of Investor Presentation
• Prepare budget forecasting, monitor the implementation, budget consolidation, and analyze budget performance impact on the Company.
• Assist in the Preparation of Quarterly Interim Report submission to OJK and audit processes.
• Working closely with management or executive teams to share reports and analysis findings
• Coordinating and directing the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and reporting variances.
• Managing Preparation of Financials Projection and Outlook packages for management
• Working closely with respective stakeholders to ensure the operation runs smoothly.
• Ensuring compliance with statutory law and financial regulations.
• Developing financial strategy, including risk minimization plans and opportunity forecasting.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes.
• Perform evaluate and analyze company performance periodically; develop plans for financial growth.

What You Will Need:

• Experience with creating financial statements.
• Detail Oriented.
• Compliance oriented.
• Reporting Management
• Min. 6-8 years of experience in Financial Control.
• Auditing experience.
• Able to work under pressure and deadline.
• CPA or CMA preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in Financial Projections and Modeling
• Good communication skills.
• Min. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance Business/Management.
• Computer Literacy.
• Good analytical skills.
• Fluent in English both oral and written.
• Willing to start with 6 months contracts
