Job Description
One of our clients is looking for an Account Manager with the details below:


Job Responsibilities:


  • Issue Resolution: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients when issues arise, coordinating with the appropriate departments to resolve these issues promptly and maintain the client relationship.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and close agreements, ensuring the best outcome for both the client and the company.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to ensure that the client receives an excellent level of service throughout the sales process.
  • Account Retention: Focus on account retention by providing exceptional service and demonstrating the continued value of the company's products and services.
  • Sales Opportunities: Identify potential sales opportunities within existing accounts by understanding the client's business model, industry trends, and the challenges they face.
  • Reporting and Forecasting: Track key account metrics and forecast quarterly sales. Regularly update management on the status of accounts, including transaction volume, potential opportunities, and any significant changes.
  • Client Relationships: Manage and develop relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction. This includes regular communication, addressing concerns promptly, and identifying opportunities to add value.
  • Account Planning: Create strategic plans for each client, identifying their unique needs and determining how the company's products and services can best meet them.
