Livestream Operation Executive (Sea))

In this role you will:

• Responsible for developing host cultivation plans (livestream content, event planning) based on host characteristics.
• Responsible for host training and daily management
• Responsible for continuously formulating and adjusting mechanisms of host recruitment and reward based on operational conditions and executing.
• Responsible for analyzing and researching live streaming data, adjusting operational strategies based on data analysis.
• Responsible for the recruitment of livestream hosts, accountable for both the quantity and quality of contracted hosts.

We're looking for:

• Independent self-starter; highly organized with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in video and sound card troubleshooting is preferred.
• Proficiency in Indonesian, Thai or Malay, willing to travel.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in planning, preparing and executing live streams or entertainment operations in Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia or other countries of SEA.
