Gain hands-on experience in managing day-to-day operations, such as staff supervision, customer relations, and maintaining a high standard of service and quality.
Learn and implement effective marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers, including online and offline marketing campaigns.
Demonstrate a strong entrepreneurial mindset, taking ownership of the business and constantly seeking innovative ways to improve operations and increase profitability.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and customer preferences to drive business growth and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
Passion for the food and beverage industry with a desire to learn and grow as a business owner.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members, staff, and customers.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, make sound decisions, and take initiative.
Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Basic understanding of business principles, including finance, marketing, and operations (previous experience or education in these areas is a plus).
