Responsibilities

We are looking for talented Delivery Engineers to join our team and play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to our customers. You will responsible for:

• Develop and maintain technical documentation related to the delivery IT systems and processes
• Develop and maintain hardware that support the delivery process
• Train and support delivery team members on the use of IT systems and tools
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and automation
• Keep up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in delivery IT
• Manage and maintain the delivery IT infrastructure, including edge appliances, network, ip cam, and cctv
• Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the delivery IT systems and processes

Requirements

• Familiar with delivery management systems and software preferred
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field from a top university
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• At least 1 years of experience in IT development or support, with a focus on delivery operations
• Strong understanding of software development, database management, and network administration
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently
• Experience with Linux, Ubuntu, and computer hardware
