This is ideal as a side hustle, or as a fulltime dedication if you are willing to put the work in and generate extra income.

We are seeking a candidate sourcing specialist join our team. This remote, commission only and flexible role is ideal for individuals that currently work at or have experience in recruitment agencies, sales roles, or job boards. This is a fantastic side hustle, or for those with drive and dedication, it could be a profitable full time dedication. We have plenty of growth opportunities in our remote-first, digital nomad focused organisation.

The primary responsibility will be to provide us with candidates for our open roles, that we place at our clients.

Here's the exciting part - for each candidate you place with one of our clients, you'll earn a EUR 1000 candidate referral feel.

You only need to make sure that they are interested, want to know more, and provide us with some basic information. We'll pick up the candidate from there, guide the person through the process, help with interview preparation, tips and tricks and keep the process going, keeping you in the loop.

You'll have 12 months ownership on each candidate, so if your candidate is not suitable for now, you'll be able to monetize at a later stage!
