What You’ll Be Working On
You will be working on building our prioritisation engine.
Responsibilities:

• Work with version control systems, such as Git, to manage codebase and facilitate team collaboration.
• Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment.
• Design, develop, and maintain server-side applications using Python and Django framework.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and technologies in backend development to continuously improve our products and processes.
• Write unit tests and conduct thorough code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure the reliability of applications.
• Build efficient, reusable, and reliable code to ensure high performance and maintainability of backend services.
• Collaborate in an Agile/Scrum development environment, participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Identify and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and optimize backend code and queries for maximum speed and scalability.
• Implement data models and databases, ensuring data integrity and optimal performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including frontend developers, product managers, and designers, to understand requirements and implement backend features that align with project goals.
