Job Description

Kodland is a platform for digital skills that connects kids and teachers to learn various IT-related courses (Python, Roblox, Scratch, Web, Digital Arts, etc)


We are hiring skilled Internal Sales Specialists.


Responsibilities:

  • Contact warm and cold customers in order to sell repetitive packages for the chosen courses
  • Work with CRM system
  • Follow KPIs and maintain high conversion rate


Ideal candidate:

  • Is ready to start right away
  • Can work with both warm and cold base customers, is not afraid of the first customer's "no"
  • Is ambitious enough to build a career in the department and company
  • Can work 40h/week, 5 days a week but either Saturday or Sunday must be a working day (with a day-off on any other weekday)
  • Is not combining with other positions and other companies
  • Has English level of at least B2+ (to speak with an English speaking team leader)
  • Has over 1 year experience in direct/online/telesales (not retail)
