Responsibilities:

• Administration of incoming client products to be given to the operational team
• Provide differentiated outbound services and introduce competitive products and services so as to deepen the customer relationship and enhance customer satisfaction
• Conduct outbound calls based on customer data to help to achieve target closing
• Comply with internal/external policy and procedures ensuring operational integrity

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Tele-sales manner

• Preventive efforts to manage customer complaints
• Conveys ideas effectively in oral Tele-sales skills and persuasive/effective pitch skills Customer service-oriented mindset
